Miles still loves to help with household chores. Below you can see him vacuuming in preparation for Grandma's visit. Art projects are a huge hit with him as well. And he loves to do things with Micah. We have to keep an eye on him because the excitement of interacting with Micah sometimes causes him to be too rough, but he tries hard to help Micah and to keep him happy. He even shared some thumb with him, which Micah loved. The last few pictures are of one of Miles's favorite new games. While we're in the kitchen fixing meals, he asks us to give him words to spell, and he figures out how to spell them. He's starting to internalize the rule that a silent 'e' at the end of the word makes a previous vowel use the long sound instead of the short sound, and more often than not he correctly puts the 'e' on the words we ask him to spell. He got confused, though, when we had him spell 'go', 'toe', and 'to'!
